How do I purchase a ticket?

Tickets will be available for sale from 7 September 2016 through SISTIC website, Authorised Agents islandwide or hotline +65 6348 5555. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know about our special offers.

If you’re based in Hong Kong, standard tickets and hotel packages with The Warehouse Hotel will be available for sale from 27 October 2016 through Ticketflap.

How much are tickets?

We recommend signing up to our mailing list to be the first to know about our special pre-sale, early bird sales and exciting ticket bundles.

Will tickets be available at the gate on the day?

If you don't want to miss out on Laneway Festival, make sure you purchase your ticket prior to the festival. Tickets are available on a first-come-first-serve basis and are known to sell out prior to the festival day.

Can I purchase tickets at a reduced price if I come midway through the event, if tickets are still available?

Tickets are sold at full price regardless of what time you arrive on event day.

What happens if I lose my ticket?

Tickets cannot be replaced for any reason, so please don't lose them. Treat your ticket like cash!



Is Laneway Festival 18+?

No, Laneway Festival Singapore is for any persons aged six (6) and over. Infant in arms or children below the age of 6 shall not be admitted. All festival punters must purchase a ticket for admission, and may be asked to present a valid photo ID as proof of age at the festival entrance. Any persons under the age of 18 should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets. We do not provide supervision of persons under 18 years old at the festival. We reserve the right to deny entry to any persons not complying with the above conditions without refund.

Please note that there may be restricted access and restricted capacities at some of the festival’s stages or venues; only persons aged 18 years and over are allowed access to some stages or venues due to the presence of some mature content. Once the maximum capacity is reached in these areas, there will be no further admissions. Your purchase of a ticket to the festival does not guarantee admission to these areas in such cases.

What forms of identification are accepted?

The following forms of valid photo ID are accepted at Singapore Laneway Festival:

Please note that all photo ID must be current/valid as of the festival date.

Anyone who fails to present a valid photo ID upon entry will not be allowed into St Jerome’s Laneway Festival. No refunds will be processed for anyone who is denied entry because they did not bring a valid photo ID.

The Conditions of Entry and Ticketing Terms & Conditions apply to everyone attending St Jerome’s Laneway Festival. We reserve the right to evict any persons engaging in illegal activities.

At the Festival

Can I exit and re-enter the festival?

You will not be allowed re-entry to the festival once you exit. Laneway Festival is well stocked with food & drinks and equipped with sufficient portaloos, first aid stations and other necessary amenities on site.

When do the festival gates open?

Gates open at 10am with the event finishing at 12am.

What happens if it rains on the day?

Laneway Festival will go ahead rain or shine.

Can I bring my own alcohol into the festival?

No. Laneway Festival is licensed to sell food & drinks and features great, well-stocked bars. All bags are searched on arrival for security purposes. You can bring unsealed, EMPTY plastic bottles (no glass or metal) into the festival.

If you wish to purchase or consume alcohol, you must have valid photo ID as proof of age. You must be of legal age (18 years old and above) to purchase and consume alcohol at the festival. We reserve the right to request punters under the age of 18 to wear a wristband for identification at all times. If you are found supplying or buying alcohol for a minor, you will be evicted from the festival and may be referred to police.

Can I go bare foot?

Sorry guys, footwear is compulsory - slippers and sandals are fine but we highly recommend covered footwear as it is a long day & Singapore's weather can be unpredictable.

Will ATMs be available on site?

No, ATM cash withdrawal machines are not available within the festival at The Meadow.

Before you enter the festival, there are ATM machines available at The Canopy in Gardens by the Bay. Please note there is strictly no re-entry to the festival, so do make sure you have enough cash on hand, or bring your credit card.

Can I smoke at the festival?

Smoking is strictly prohibited at the Gardens and on the concert grounds, except within the designated smoking area when there is one.

Where is first aid located?

If you’re not feeling well (we hope not), there will be first aid stations at the festival site. Refer to the festival map to locate the first aid stations.

Where do I report any lost or found articles?

Found: Please take any found items to festival front-of-house staff located at the main entrance of the festival.

Lost: If you misplace something please check with gate staff on the day as things will be turned in there. Alternatively, please email singaporeinfo@lanewayfestival.com.au and we will do our very best to help you.

Does Laneway Festival have accessible facilities for people with disabilities?

Yes, the Gardens is wheelchair-friendly, with special ramps, lifts and barrier-free routes incorporated. Wheelchairs can be rented at the Visitor Information counters at the Visitor Centre and The Canopy for $2 per day between 9.00am to 9.00pm. Should you require any assistance, kindly approach any festival staff for directions to ramps or lifts.

Please refer to the Gardens' Map for detailed barrier-free routes. The Meadow is a slopey area but the pathways are all wheelchair accessible so wheelchair users can still get around the festival easily.

✘Fires and open flames of any kind (flares, fireworks, sparklers or fire twirling equipment)
✘Laser lights or pens
✘Sound Systems or Amplifiers
✘Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, roller skates, segways, quad-bikes, Bicycles, hoverboards, self-balancing scooters or any other personal motorised vehicles
✘Audio and/or video recording devices (including GoPro and similar)
✘Professional cameras and photography equipment (with detachable lenses)
✘Drones or any other remote flying devices
✘Weapons or explosives of any kind (poles, rackets, ""selfie” sticks, sticks, tripods, potential missiles)
✘Pets (except Service Dogs)
✘Unauthorised solicitation materials (handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, giveaways, samples)
✘Any other item deemed by festival staff (in our discretion) to be dangerous, offensive or potentially dangerous."

What kind of cameras & recording devices can I bring with me?

No professional cameras (read: cameras with detachable lenses) are permitted without formal media accreditation. Likewise no audio or film recording equipment can be brought into the Festival.

Will lockers be available on site?

No, lockers are not available within the festival at The Meadow.

Before you enter the festival, there are lockers available for rental from $1 to $3 at Golden Garden (near Cafe Crema) and Canopy (beside Visitor Services Centre) within Gardens by the Bay. Electronic lockers are available at $10 (one-time rental charge for up to 16 hours) at Bayfront Plaza (next to Information Counter) to cater to punters who need to deposit their luggages. Please note that all lockers are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-serve basis. 


Media requests

If you wish to apply for media accreditation, please email press@19sixtyfive.com.sg. You will be advised in due course if your application has been approved. Media Accreditation tickets are extremely limited and we strongly advise you to purchase a ticket if you don't want to miss out on the festival. Please note we are unable to accredit student or freelance journalists.
